Pricing questions

How do I pay?

You pay in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Pick a plan and a period, pay the invoice, and the plan starts when the payment is confirmed. The coins on offer are shown at checkout.

Does my plan renew automatically?

No. Each period is prepaid and nothing is charged on its own. We email you a renewal invoice ahead of the end date; pay it to continue.

What happens if I don't renew?

There is a short grace period with everything still working. After that your account moves to the free plan's limits. Nothing you created is deleted at once, but you can't add more than the free plan allows.

What is an install credit?

Installing PowerMTA on a server uses one install credit. Reinstalling or changing version on a server you already installed does not use another. An install that fails costs nothing.

What are validation credits?

One credit validates one address. Your plan includes credits each period, and you can buy extra packs at any time.

Can I change plan or get a refund?

You can upgrade whenever you like and only pay for the difference. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
