Report abuse

If an IP address or domain on our service is being used for spam, phishing or other abuse, tell us. We review every report.

What to include

  • The IP address or domain you are reporting.
  • When it happened, with the time zone.
  • Evidence: the full headers of a message (not just the body) are the most useful.
  • How to reach you if we need more information.

What happens next

We match the address or domain to the account that uses it and review the report against our acceptable use policy. Depending on what we find we warn, restrict, suspend or terminate the account. We may not be able to tell you the outcome because of the customer's privacy.
