Frequently asked
Do you send email for me?
No. We build and check the infrastructure that sends your mail, but we never send email on your behalf and we don't have campaign tools. Your servers send your mail.
What do I need to get started?
An account and, to install PowerMTA, a fresh server you control. The free plan lets you try the testing and monitoring tools and install PowerMTA, with no payment details needed. The pricing page shows exactly what each plan includes.
Do I need my own PowerMTA license?
No. PowerMTA is installed from our licensed packages on every plan. Which versions you can install and how many installs you get depend on your plan.
What happens to my server credentials?
You choose whether we keep them. Stored passwords are encrypted, decrypted only inside our workers, and every use is logged. Installer files are removed from your server when we finish or fail, and nothing of ours keeps running there.
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency, in advance, for the period you choose. Nothing renews on its own, so you never get an unexpected charge.
Can I use the tools without signing up?
Yes. The blacklist, DNS and SMTP server checks on this site are free. They are limited to a few runs an hour and nothing you enter is stored.
